Hi there! I’m Brenda L., a proud Texas native, college student, and longtime team member at Texas Roadhouse. Welcome to my little corner of the internet where I share everything I know (and love!) about the incredible food, flavors, and experience at Texas Roadhouse.

Who Am I?

Born and raised in Texas, I grew up around bold flavors, friendly vibes, and food that brings people together. As a proud Asian-American Texan, I’m passionate about good meals and good company — and that’s exactly what I found when I joined Texas Roadhouse as a part-time team member during college.

I’ve worked here for over 3 years, juggling work and studies, and in that time, I’ve learned a LOT — from how our legendary steaks are prepped to which dishes customers love most.
